Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Managing payroll processing for over 600 employees across multiple regions, the full-time remote Payroll & Benefits Specialist will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll administration while supporting employee onboarding and benefits programs. Key responsibilities Manage payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various countries Support payroll reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes within payroll and benefits systems Required qualifications Experience processing Canadian and U.S. payroll in a multi-entity environment Payroll certification or equivalent payroll administration experience Proficiency in payroll systems such as UKG, Workday, or CloudPay Advanced Excel skills, including functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
