Work Environment

This position is onsite at our outpatient office located in scenic West Palm Beach. The work environment is dynamic and energetic, focused on collaboration among healthcare professionals. You'll work closely with occupational therapists, physicians, and other specialists to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions to establish a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through clinical assessments and establish evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercise techniques and educate patients on their use to enhance recovery and functional mobility.
• Apply modalities such as stimulation and massage to facilitate healing and improve patient outcomes.
• Guide patients in the effective use of mobility aids, such as wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring they feel confident and safe in their movements.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records, tracking milestones and progress towards rehabilitation objectives.
• Engage in open communication with patients and their families regarding at-home care options and rehabilitation exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide a coordinated approach to patient care, ensuring that all medical professionals involved have the necessary information for optimal evaluations.

Qualifications
