Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for couples and individual clients, facilitating joint and individual sessions when necessary.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address issues such as alcoholism, abuse (physical/psychological), grief, family conflict, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients in cultivating healthier relationships and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care that meets the varying needs of clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest clinical practices and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Document all sessions accurately in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of challenges including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
