The role is responsible for market understanding, customer segmentation, value proposition development, product positioning, demand generation, launch excellence and sales enablement, while partnering with Medical Affairs, KAM , Healthcare Innovation & Transformation lead and Business Developer stakeholders to support sustainable growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own the win/loss loop on the line: every deal above threshold debriefed within 15 days, monthly synthesis at the business review, quarterly segmentation, targeting and positioning review with the Sales and Country Managers.Support pricing strategy and value communication in partnership with Commercial Leadership and Finance. e: value messages by segment, price corridor, realized price and margin.Own the program: target accounts and connected sites, the seasonal respiratory agenda and the bundle story.Contribute to health economic and market access initiatives in partnership with Medical Affairs , KAM, SAM, Healthcare Innovation & Transformation Lead, and Business developerBusiness development: new segments and channels for the line, with the Distributor Manager where the distributor network is the route to market.Customers engagement for South RegionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and regional KOLs. Gather voice-of-customer insights to inform marketing strategy and future developments. Partner with Medical Affairs in educational and scientific initiatives.Marketing for South RegionDevelop and execute the South Europe marketing strategy in alignment with global and EMEA priorities. Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights and competitive intelligence. Develop customer segmentation, targeting and value propositions for priority customers.Campaigns and Demand GenerationDevelop and execute marketing campaigns digital initiatives and educational programs for SouthManage promotional materials and customer-facing content.Localize and execute the materials, the communication and campaign related to others products line In France and in BelgiumMonitor campaign effectiveness and optimize activities based on performance metrics for all campaigns in France and BelgiumDevelop and execute the events, communication and congresses in France and BelgiumMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSDegree in marketing, business or life sciences; scientific literacy required.5 to 8 years in marketing in diagnostics or medical technology, including product marketing and market access.Measured on revenue and margin; carries a target on the product line.Pricing depth, KOL and medical fluency, analytics-driven segmentation.English fluent plus at least one South European language.DIVERSITY & INCLUSIONAbbott is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
