Job Summary:The Sales Manager is responsible for supporting business growth through new customer development, management of existing customer relationships, market analysis, and commercial planning. This role partners cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, support customer initiatives, provide business insights, and drive commercial execution within the OTC and consumer healthcare marketplace.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities across branded and Made-to-Order manufacturing channels.Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, strategic partners, and growth opportunities.Serve as the primary commercial lead for assigned customer accounts, managing day-to-day business activities, customer communications, and growth opportunities.Conduct market, competitive, and category analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.Develop customer presentations, business reviews, and recommendations to support commercial objectives.Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure successful execution of customer initiatives.Support sales forecasting, business planning, budgeting, and performance reporting activities for commercial organization.Monitor customer performance and marketplace dynamics to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and revenue growth.Maintain accurate sales, forecasting, and pipeline data to support decision-making and business planning.Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance commercial effectiveness and support overall business growth.Other duties as assignedTravel up to 25% and between Sun locations required as defined by business needEducation & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Three to five years of experience in sales, business development, account management, commercial strategy, sales operations, or a related function.Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience within OTC healthcare, consumer healthcare, CPG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed.The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $95,500 to $116,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
