About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Patient Solutions to lead the strategic vision of its patient services operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the customer and patient solutions department, generating value propositions for clients, and ensuring that production and quality standards are met. This role requires a strong focus on customer centricity, with an emphasis on working closely with management to innovate and improve service strategies in line with the evolving needs of the business and its customers. The Vice President will also be tasked with maintaining appropriate staffing levels, evaluating and driving changes in systems, policies, and procedures, and upholding strong internal control procedures. Applicants for the Vice President, Patient Solutions position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline, with a preference for candidates with at least 10 years of experience in patient services or a similar call center environment. The role demands a leader with a proven track record of accomplishments, business acumen, and a commitment to innovation. Key competencies include strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and the ability to make sound judgments.
