About the Company
We are Canaan Chinese Restaurant Group. As we prepare to open our newest location, we are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and detail-oriented culinary leader to join our family and be a critical part of our back-of-house management team for our NEW restaurant location. We currently operate full-service restaurants and a production facility that supports our restaurants and guests. We have successfully operated our restaurants for over 20 years and the next phase of growth has started.
About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for food quality and kitchen operations, to lead our culinary team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the culinary team in food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily operations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen management experience preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in full-service restaurant operations.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
