Sr. Technical RecruiterAn opportunity is available for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter to support a major technology hiring initiative. This position will provide full lifecycle recruiting support across critical technical hiring areas, including Software Engineering, Data Science/Machine Learning, and Technical Program Management. The Sr. Technical Recruiter will own the recruiting process from initial hiring manager intake through candidate sourcing, assessment, interview management, offer, and closing.Location: Sunnyvale, California (Onsite)Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruiting activity and own the full lifecycle recruiting process.Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified technical talent.Partner with hiring managers, leaders, and other stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies.Conduct recruiter screens and manage the interview process to facilitate timely hiring decisions.Support offer development, negotiation, and closing processes.Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline data, providing timely updates on hiring progress.Operate independently, manage a portfolio of technical requisitions, and identify recruiting risks.Balance hiring velocity with candidate quality and candidate experience.Required QualificationsSuccessful candidates will have strong experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets. Applicants should possess proven full lifecycle recruiting capability, strong sourcing and pipeline development skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for Software Engineering, Data Science/Machine Learning, or Technical Program Management roles.Experience recruiting for cloud, platform, product, or other technical disciplines within a large-scale technology, eCommerce, or digital organization.Work Location and SupportThis Sr. Technical Recruiter role is currently eligible to work remotely and will support hiring across key U.S. technology hubs. Eligible applicants must be able to effectively partner with hiring leaders located across these locations.
