Interact directly with clients, claim professionals, and opposing counsel. Requirements Minimum of four years of experience in construction litigation insurance defense. Licensed to practice in New York courts; additional state admissions preferred. Strong legal research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar. Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
