Our Refresh Mental Health (RMH) organization specializes in various behavioral health treatments, including individual therapy, group therapy sessions, medication management, and intensive outpatient programming. • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, closely following individualized treatment plans.

• Perform triage assessments and crisis interventions as needed, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.

• Utilize diverse treatment modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques, and motivational interviewing to tailor your approach to each patient's unique needs.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with both clinical and medical staff to provide cohesive care.

• Engage in the development and implementation of outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental wellness in the community.

You will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing varying levels of mental health challenges, from mild anxiety to severe depressive disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active and valid license as a Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health practice, preferably in a community health setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care principles and the ability to apply a social justice framework in practice.

• Experience with telehealth services is highly desirable, including familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
