Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans addressing the unique needs of clients seeking therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions to support clients in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain open communication with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated treatment efforts and address any concerns related to patient progress.

• Collaborate with families and support systems in the treatment planning process, including discharge planning, to enhance the overall therapeutic experience.

• Document clinical notes and progress reports in a timely manner according to departmental policies, focusing on patient progress and response to treatment.

• Coordinate care by liaising with community resources and other service providers to enhance patient access to necessary services.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss client cases and best practices for holistic treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent mental health professional license.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating expertise in providing mental health counseling.

• Proficient in using technology, with strong skills in word processing, email communication, spreadsheets, and EMR systems.

Preferred Experience\n
