Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately evaluate each client’s individual challenges and needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, addressing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for open discussion and healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to promote integrated and holistic care for each client.

• Provide educational resources and consistent support to clients’ families, encouraging their active involvement in the treatment process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
