Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to effectively support school populations from the comfort of your home. Regular collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families will be critical, leveraging technology to maintain open lines of communication and coordination. Our work hours are primarily Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend work dictated by client needs. Flexibility is essential to ensure continuity of care and responsive support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' psychosocial needs, taking into consideration their emotional, mental, and social factors.

• Develop customized care plans in collaboration with students and their families, centered around individual goals and preferences.

• Offer regular counseling sessions aimed at providing emotional support, assisting students with life transitions, and navigating personal challenges.

• Advocate for clients' rights and navigate resources, ensuring they have access to necessary support services.

• Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams which may include teachers, administrators, school psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a cohesive approach to student support.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor students' well-being, assess their school environments, and identify potential safety concerns.

• Facilitate communication and mediate conflicts among family members involved in the care of students.

• Educate clients and families about available resources, support groups, and social programs that enhance community engagement.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care plans, progress notes, and any relevant interactions to comply with legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Stay informed about the latest social work methodologies, policies, and best practices to ensure alignment with current ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents, tailoring services to meet their unique emotional and developmental needs. Your engagement may include addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and school-related challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant social work experience, ideally within educational settings or with children and families.

• Comprehensive knowledge of social work principles, child and adolescent development, and community resource networks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
