Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients, both in-office and in the community, assisting those experiencing major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, followed by the formulation of tailored treatment plans.

• Monitor and maintain caseloads by providing individualized therapy sessions, including group and family therapy, ensuring that treatment aligns with each client's specific needs and circumstances.

• Participate actively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating on treatment goals and contributing to a shared vision of client care.

• Implement integrated care plans that connect clients with necessary services and resources, facilitating communication among clients, their families, and other providers.

• Respond to crises effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety and support.

• Maintain accurate records, ensuring timely completion of reports and adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational protocols.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and current LCSW licensure in the State of New Jersey.
