Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs of students and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and parents.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions to address a range of emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Implement case management practices, keeping accurate documentation and actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to refine care strategies.

• Equip students and their families with coping strategies and resources, enhancing their ability to navigate personal and academic challenges.

• Incorporate the latest research and therapeutic methodologies into your practice to optimize client outcomes and foster resilience.

• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evolving client needs and feedback from educators and caregivers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents within school environments, many of whom may experience issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and social challenges. Your expertise as an LCSW will be integral in identifying early signs of mental health issues and implementing timely interventions that align with developmental stages and academic pressures. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
