This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment. However, our outpatient office in Aurora, Illinois serves as the headquarters for our team, allowing for in-person collaboration when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and identifying areas for intervention.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group, couples, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe space for exploration and healing.

• Monitoring clients’ progress through regular check-ins and adjusting treatment methods as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.

• Maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and compliance with ethical standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive care approach for clients.

• Staying updated with the latest research and methodologies in mental health care to continually improve therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse and includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Active and valid state licensure as a mental health therapist, with qualifications including LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A sound understanding of mental health treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build trusting relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have:

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
