We're also actively exploring new ways to use AI, social media, and digital content to connect with customers and grow our business.We're looking for someone who wants to learn with us, experiment with new ideas, and make a visible impact as the company grows.What You'll DoConnect with contractors and business owners nationwide to introduce our company and develop new business opportunities.Make outbound phone calls and follow up with prospective customers.Communicate with customers through phone, email, social media, video, and occasional face-to-face conversations.Work closely with our B2B Manager on daily sales, customer follow-up, and operational tasks.Help create social media content, including posts, photos, short-form videos, product demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes content.Participate in video shoots and occasionally appear on camera as a host or product presenter.Learn and use AI tools to improve research, communication, content creation, sales workflows, and productivity.Participate in the testing and development of new AI-supported workflows and internal tools.Research potential customers and organize prospect information.Enter and maintain accurate customer and sales records.Bring fresh ideas to the team and help us experiment with new ways to reach and engage customers.Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.You Might Be a Great Fit If You AreNaturally curious and genuinely excited to try new things.Outgoing and energized by talking with people.Comfortable communicating directly by phone, video, and in person-not just through text or email.Willing to appear on camera and participate in social media content.Open to feedback and not easily discouraged when learning something new.Self-motivated, dependable, and ready to take initiative.Interested in building real-world skills in sales, communication, content creation, and business development.Excited about AI and interested in learning how new tools can be used in everyday business.Organized and able to manage several tasks in a fast-paced office environment.Serious about becoming a capable and confident business professional.A team player who wants to contribute, grow, and make things happen.You do not need to arrive knowing everything.
