Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, tailoring interventions to their individual needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, to facilitate client healing and development.

• Develop, execute, and monitor personalized treatment plans with clear goals, devising actionable measures for client progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a streamlined, coordinated care approach for each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and safety planning to protect clients' welfare.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, conduct psychoeducation classes, and facilitate support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
