Business Development Representative - (In - Person) We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This is a ground-floor sales opportunity offering significant career growth and strong earning potential. About the Role This position focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities for IT services contracts. The ideal candidate is proactive, persistent, and skilled in building relationships through various prospecting channels. While you will have flexibility in shaping your market focus and lead generation strategy, success in setting appointments via phone outreach is essential. Over time, this role may evolve into a hybrid inside/outside sales position with opportunities to meet prospects in person.
