Bids Lead (Fully Remote)

Strategic bid-management role focused on developing differentiated proposals for high-value business opportunities. Partner with sales leaders, account teams, subject matter experts, marketing, pricing, and legal. Combine commercial strategy, solution development, proposal writing, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Own key stages of the bid lifecycle including RFIs, RFPs, presentations, clarifications, and contracting. Develop bid strategies, win themes, and value propositions tailored to client needs. Coordinate proposal reviews, approvals, and submissions while managing multiple teams and deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field; at least 5 years of bid or solution experience. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior decision-makers. Experience in real estate, facilities, or property environments is highly desirable.
