Senrior Financial Analyst [SAP]

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support finance operations during a major ERP transformation. This is a hands‑on role for someone with strong cost accounting and SAP experience in a fast‑paced environment. What You'll Do: Support month‑end close, including inventory and overhead journal entries Perform inventory reconciliations, reserve analysis, and variance reporting Manage and analyze product costing and margin performance Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on cost drivers and process improvements Play a key role in a multi‑year SAP S/4HANA implementation (testing, validation, process improvement) What You Bring: 7-10+ years of accounting/finance experience Strong inventory & cost accounting in manufacturing Hands‑on SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred) Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros) Experience in ERP implementations or dual systems (preferred) Details: 100% onsite (San Fernando Valley) Temp‑to‑hire opportunity [conversion in about 3 months] $40-$46/hour (conversion approx. $85K-$95K) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
