Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, preferences, and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Educate and support both clients and their families regarding mood disorders, various treatment options available, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs and outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for clients.

• Stay current with the latest research and developments in mental health treatment and mood disorders to continually enhance intervention strategies.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential documentation adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Clarity Path, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including depression and anxiety, as well as families navigating interpersonal challenges. Your compassion and expertise will be vital in creating a safe space for clients, including vulnerable populations such as refugees and survivors of domestic abuse, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
