We’re Hiring: Account Manager | Staffing

Are you an experienced staffing or account management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment?

We’re looking for an  Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships, develop strategic staffing solutions, and lead a team of onsite recruiters to deliver exceptional service across multiple client locations.

  ONSITE ROLE — This position is based at a client site.

The Account Manager will work directly within the client’s facility, partnering closely with client leadership, onsite recruiting teams, and contingent workers. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong presence onsite and the ability to respond quickly to changing staffing needs.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong, long-term client relationships
• Identify opportunities to expand services across additional locations and service lines
• Lead, coach, and support onsite recruiting teams
• Develop staffing strategies aligned with client goals and workforce demands
• Monitor day-to-day staffing operations and step in to resolve challenges when needed
• Promote safe, compliant operations across the client facility
• Track staffing metrics and KPIs to drive performance, retention, and continuous improvement
• Balance strategic account management with hands-on problem solving in the field

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in staffing or account management
• Experience in  light industrial, manufacturing, or event-based staffing
• Proven team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of staffing strategies and workforce solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think strategically while responding quickly to day-to-day challenges
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Adaptability and willingness to be hands-on when client needs change
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Work Environment

This is an  onsite client-facing position . The Account Manager will be based at and regularly work within the client facility, with travel between client sites as needed.

Candidates should be comfortable with:

• Working onsite at a client facility
• Extended periods of standing and walking
• Following client-specific PPE and safety requirements
• Using a computer and phone for reporting and account management
• Working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
