IT Support Technician

As an IT Support Technician your main responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to our clients in Las Vegas You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and resolving them in a timely manner as well as setting up and maintaining computer systems and networks This position is open to candidates of all nationalities with a preference for Pakistani and Kenyan applicants This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month Responsibilities Provide technical support to our clients remotely or on-site Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them in a timely manner Install and configure computer systems networks printers and other peripherals Set up user accounts permissions and passwords Perform regular maintenance on systems to ensure smooth operation Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures Keep accurate records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints Communicate technical information in simple terms to non-technical users Requirements Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role Knowledge of computer systems networks hardware and software Familiarity with remote desktop applications such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Prior experience working in a customer service role is preferred but not required Fluency in English is required This is an ideal role for someone looking for their first job or wishing to gain experience in the IT industry We value diversity in our workplace and welcome candidates from all backgrounds This is a contract position and does not require prior experience Training will be provided for the right candidate #J-18808-Ljbffr EliteHire
