Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist | St. Louis, MO (Onsite) *U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders only* We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support high-volume AP operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing priorities, and delivering excellent service to both vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Manage purchase orders and support timely payments. Assist with check runs, month-end activities, and reporting. Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders. Qualifications: 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr SBS Creatix
