Responsibilities Manage invoices for specific set of projects Prepare batches of invoices for data entry, including two and three-way matching to purchase orders Receive and process invoices for goods and services to be matched against purchase orders Manage invoice approval process, coordinating with project managers and subject matter experts to ensure timely processing Ensure vendor terms and discounts are properly coded Maintain proper backup files for research and reference Meet deadlines and work within time constraints, especially in weekly check runs and monthly close process Process employee expense reports, export data from Concur and prepare upload to accounting system Skills, Knowledge, And Experience 3+ years of experience entering AP at a medium to large company Project accounting experience with 50+ simultaneous jobs or projects Motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Experience working in a paperless environment Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Familiarity with Concur Expense Suite Working knowledge of the GL & accruals Base, bonus and compensation commensurate with experience Vacation & Holidays: Generous paid time off plus 14.5 paid holidays Benefits: Health & dental insurance, long-term disability and life insurance, 401(k) match Awesome culture and opportunities for interaction across multiple departments with fun and exciting events and challenges Savion offers a culture that embraces a flex-time schedule so as to maximize both productivity and work-life balance Location Hybrid: Kansas City Missouri – Headquarters Contact Information Please send a resume and cover letter to: View email address on click.appcast.io Only direct applicants need apply.
