Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students and families to identify socio-emotional and environmental challenges that impact their well-being.

• Develop customized service plans that outline client goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring progress.

• Provide individual and family counseling services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address mental health concerns and life challenges.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish personalized care plans and facilitate access to community resources and support services.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and safety plans when necessary to ensure client safety and stability.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
