Key Responsibilities\n

• Keep Clinical Leads informed about new safeguarding risks while contributing to strategies for their mitigation, working collectively to ensure the safety of all clients.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of safeguarding policies and actively implement them in your daily responsibilities, identifying challenges and bringing them to the attention of management.

• Focus on outcome-oriented practices by collecting feedback and insights, analyzing barriers to effective service delivery, and recommending adjustments for continuous improvement.
