Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical interventions in both office and community settings, addressing the mental health needs of assigned students experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct brief and evidence-based screenings to evaluate student needs, and coordinate or arrange for comprehensive assessments as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and maintain integrated care plans tailored to individual students, ensuring collaborative communication and information exchange between clients, families, and educational staff.

• Deliver a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy, targeting the unique challenges faced by students.

• Participate actively in team meetings, offering insights to enhance program effectiveness and contribute to the overall mission of advancing community health.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support during critical situations, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students.

• Carry a manageable caseload, monitoring and documenting client progress, and ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions.

• Participate in committees aimed at improving service delivery and address any unsafe situations promptly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year.
