Employment and Labor Law Attorney

SAIBER LLC is looking to hire an Employment and Labor Law attorney to join its team in our Madison office. This is an excellent opportunity for an initiative-taking and talented attorney who seeks challenging work assignments, mentorship, and growth opportunity with 3-6 years’ experience. This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Offer expert legal advice and guidance on labor and employment law issues, including hiring practices, discrimination, harassment, employee benefits, terminations, and compliance matters. Draft, review, and negotiate various employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure legal compliance. Provide guidance on internal investigations and recommend actions in response to employee complaints and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to prevent disputes and litigation. Assist with all aspects of litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, and discovery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training programs on compliance and best practices. Support clients in labor and employment-related disputes, including administrative proceedings and arbitrations. Conduct thorough legal research to provide well-informed guidance on various employment matters. Successful candidates will possess the following: Practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, including employment and labor law. Motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Strong writing, research, and interpersonal skills. Admission to New Jersey and/or New York Bar required; Pennsylvania Bar is a plus. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $144,000 - $164,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications.
