Labor and Employment Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience for their Florham Park, New Jersey office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with clients from diverse industries in both litigation and counseling roles. Duties Litigate employment claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Advise employers on compliance issues, including terminations and non-competes. Draft personnel policies and employment-related agreements. Requirements 2+ years of experience in an employment-specific, defense-side role. Strong academic performance in law school. Excellent interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to take ownership of work and career. Good standing with the NJ and NY State Bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree Certifications Admission to the NJ and NY State Bar. Skills Strong analytical and writing skills. Excellent interpersonal communication.
