We are seeking an organized, dependable, and proactive Customer Service Representative to ensure customer orders, deliveries, vendor claims, and service issues are handled accurately and completely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update customer invoices and order records when merchandise arrives from vendors.

- Communicate professionally with vendors and customers regarding product claims, damages, replacements, missing items, and other service-related concerns.

- Update the company system after deliveries are completed, including accurate and detailed notes regarding the delivery.

- Answer incoming customer calls, address concerns, and document all conversations and updates within the appropriate customer invoice or account.

- Maintain clear and detailed notes so that customer history and the status of each issue can be easily understood by other team members.

- Communicate with sales representatives and management regarding situations that require additional assistance, authorization, or escalation.

- Follow up with customers, vendors, sales representatives, and management as necessary to keep issues moving toward resolution.

- Monitor open customer service cases and ensure no customer issue, claim, or request is left incomplete or unattended.

- Maintain accurate records of resolutions, commitments, replacements, deliveries, and customer communications.

- Provide professional, respectful, and solution-focused customer service at all times.

This position requires someone who does not simply document an issue. They actively follow through until the situation is resolved or properly transferred to management. must be able to multi task.
