Inside Sales Representative

Overview In this role, you will work with company-generated leads, guiding prospective customers through the sales process to identify and recommend the best pest control solutions for their needs. You will present service options, negotiate contracts, and close new accounts while consistently working to meet sales targets. Through these efforts, you will help expand the company's customer base and provide strategic recommendations to support new clients. Responsibilities What You'll Do: Customer Engagement: Answer inbound calls from prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate pest control services. Contact and follow up with company-generated leads, offering strategic service recommendations based on each customer's situation. Re-engage previous customers and identify opportunities to upsell current customers. Sales Process and Closing: Build value in Saela's services while addressing customer questions and concerns. Guide prospective clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to signed agreement. Negotiate service agreements and close new accounts for inbound and outbound pest control leads. Performance and Development: Meet company performance metrics and consistently work toward sales goals. Participate in weekly mentoring with senior sales representatives and managers to strengthen sales skills and support career and personal growth. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals Comfortable handling objections Competitive mindset Strong phone communication Able to build rapport quickly Preferred Qualifications: At least one (1) year of sales experience Pest control industry knowledge Previous pest control door-to-door experience preferred Experience using FieldRoutes Physical Demands / Working Environment: This is an in-office position and requires working from our Orem, UT corporate office.
