This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. As part of a collaborative care team, you will benefit from administrative support that handles various tasks such as marketing for new clients, verifying insurance coverage, credentialing, billing, electronic health records (EHR) management, and compliance audits. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance their mental well-being.
\n
• Document client progress in our electronic health record system while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases effectively and share insights for better client outcomes.

• Respond proactively to client inquiries, providing timely support and adjustments to treatment as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse adult population over the age of 18, addressing various mental health issues. Experience with minority and diverse groups is beneficial, as you will serve clients from varied backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community. This inclusive environment fosters understanding and supports tailored therapeutic approaches for each client.

Qualifications\n

• An active LCSW license to practice in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in clinical counseling, particularly with adult clients.

• Professional malpractice insurance.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy techniques.

• Familiarity with men's mental health issues and/or experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community.

Compensation and Benefits\n
