Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients with diverse mental health needs, focusing on their goals and treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices within the field.

• Engage in regular supervision and case consultations to foster collaborative treatment strategies and uphold ethical standards.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by conducting initial assessments and helping them navigate their therapeutic journeys.

• Maintain professional malpractice insurance and uphold a strong ethical framework in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing psychotherapy to adults aged 18 and older. You will leverage your expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy to address a variety of mental health issues. Ideally, candidates will also have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and/or in men's mental health, though this is preferred and not mandatory. Your ability to connect with a diverse clientele will be invaluable to their growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license to practice in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical counseling experience post-licensure.

• Demonstrated proficiency in CBT and/or psychodynamic therapy.
\n
• Previous experience in providing therapy to individuals from minority and diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with clients identifying as LGBTQIA+ or in men's mental health settings is preferred, yet not required.

• Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients (18+) with a variety of mental health concerns.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
