Facilities Coordinator

Job Title

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $33.09hr - $38.09hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 3+ years of project management experience, managing deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, efficient communication skills (verbal, written, etc.).
• Physical stamina and ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Performs general labor/work as assigned, including loading, unloading, moving materials, office furniture moves, etc.
• Reset all room items after meetings, including furniture, office supplies, etc.
• Set up/breakdown the requested furniture layouts for meetings or events.
• Assist with supporting company events as needed.
• Maintain outdoor furniture for general use.
• Assist with mailroom duties and coverage in shipping/receiving duties.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of office supplies and shipping supplies.
• Organize and maintain the Facility Storage Rooms.
• Perform other duties assigned and needed.
• Hours Required: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Planon experience (tracking work tickets).
• AI experience (CoPilot used internally).
• MS 365: Excel, Word, Teams.
• Zoom experience.
