What You'll Be Doing

• Applying fertilizers, weed control products, and lawn treatments using ride-on and walk-behind equipment
• Performing core aeration and seeding services
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and the team
• Maintaining equipment and assisting with basic shop tasks
• Identifying customer needs and recommending beneficial additional services

What You Won't Be Doing

No mowing, no landscaping projects, no spending all day pulling weeds by hand

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service

About the Role

This is a hands-on position with full paid training provided. No lawn care experience? No problem. We'll teach you how to:

• Identify turf types, lawn stress, and common lawn diseases
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides safely and effectively
• Perform core aeration and seeding services that improve lawn health
• Independently manage residential and commercial lawn care routes

All we ask is that you bring a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to helping customers love their lawns.
