Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, allowing for greater work-life balance while contributing to the mental wellness of clients from the comfort of your home. The working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which aligns with standard business operations, thereby providing a structured workday with weekends free for personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mood disorders, including the evaluation of symptom intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans reflective of their unique goals and therapeutic preferences.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support client wellness.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to foster independence and resilience.
\n
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
\n
• Engage with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance the therapeutic approach.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client documentation in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and case consultations to enhance therapeutic effectiveness collectively.

• Advocate for client needs, addressing and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health in various community settings.

The target client population includes individuals and families navigating through relationship difficulties, emotional disorders, and transition-related challenges, including divorce and separation. Our therapeutic approach is tailored to suit diverse backgrounds and experiences, focusing on building trust and rapport with each client to facilitate meaningful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
