Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and frequency of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients’ specific issues and enhance their coping strategies.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their healing process.

• Monitor client progress rigorously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and adherence to therapeutic goals.
