Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a range of emotional and psychological challenges.

• Evaluate clients’ presenting concerns and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and circumstances.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care that addresses both mental health and physical wellness.

• Document client interactions meticulously and maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards for client records.

The LMFT will work with diverse populations at various stages of life, addressing challenges ranging from relationship issues, mental health crises, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and productivity.
