Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessment evaluations to determine the severity and duration of mood disorders in clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interview techniques.

• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals, preferences, and needs; employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide interventions.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes, and documenting all interactions accurately in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate integrated care for clients, sharing insights and updates to enhance treatment approaches.
