Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders, family dynamics, and relationship conflicts.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that honor clients' unique goals, preferences, and family backgrounds, using therapeutic modalities such as Structural Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, effective coping strategies, and treatment alternatives, empowering them with knowledge and self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment strategies as required to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
