Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and lead structured therapeutic sessions, offering individual, couple, and group therapy tailored to address specific client needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and intakes to properly identify client concerns and to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress notes in our secure electronic health record system, adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychologists, social workers, and case managers to ensure holistic support and integrated care for clients in crisis.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support, offering guidance that helps clients stabilize their situations and improve coping mechanisms.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health trends and best practices through ongoing education and participation in professional conferences and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will significantly impact a diverse client population, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and other life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid LMFT license in the state of California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the hard work and dedication of our team members and offer a competitive annual salary of USD 115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
