This role will primarily be conducted in a remote setting, with opportunities for in-person interactions at our outpatient office when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' needs and develop customized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual, couple, and family therapy sessions by applying established psychological practices to facilitate healing and growth.

• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment, engaging with psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists to ensure holistic client care and continuity.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and client information, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through clinical supervision, training programs, and participation in workshops to stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field.

• Champion ethical standards by maintaining confidentiality and providing unwavering support to clients amid their therapeutic journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing relationship issues, families seeking communication improvement, and couples navigating transitions. You will employ solution-focused interventions to address various challenges, from marital discord to familial conflicts. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their unique situations will be essential in fostering a supportive and healing atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid LMFT license in the state of New York.
\n
• At least 1 year of clinical experience, particularly with a focus on substance abuse therapy.

• Strong foundation in solution-focused therapies and the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet diverse client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

• We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
