Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, preferences, and clinical needs, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress routinely and make adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical feedback and findings.

• Coordinate integrated care by collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals as needed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development exercises.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on supporting individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
