Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans to address the needs of clients, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation adhering to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as designated by the clinical team to evaluate client behaviors and treatment effectiveness.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Actively engage in the licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison to local service systems, state agencies, and community partners, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

• Establish partnerships with various local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and secure new funding sources.

• Pursue continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and meetings related to mental health practices.

• Promote and live the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy, integrating them into everyday practice.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will support include diverse individuals facing various mental health challenges, including those with substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and needs stemming from acquired brain injuries. Your role will involve building trusting relationships, understanding the unique circumstances of each client, and providing tailored support to facilitate their recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Must possess an Independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

Preferred Experience\n
