Solution Engineer
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating third-party data and APIs, troubleshooting issues, and providing comprehensive solutions across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust integrations with third-party data sources and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, software platforms, and integration methodologies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Document processes, solutions, and technical specifications.
Requirements:
Required Knowledge:
- Active Directory configuration.
- SharePoint, Exchange, and Power BI integration.
- SSO integration.
- EPIC and HL7 integration.
- Experience with S2, Alertus, Rave, and similar systems.
- Certificates (preferred):
- Microsoft 365 certificates
- Azure certificates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of server-side coding experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Extensive experience with third-party data and API integrations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
