ASCP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Summary: Provide expert administration of anesthesia and related care services, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures. This role involves preoperative assessment, anesthesia planning, and delivery of anesthesia tailored to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care including epidurals, caudals, nerve blocks, and sedation techniques.
• Perform anesthesia-related procedures under anesthesiologist supervision.
• Manage cardiopulmonary resuscitation and invasive/noninvasive patient monitoring.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and facilitate patient discharge.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
• Current registered nurse licensure in the applicable state.
• Eligibility for medical malpractice insurance as required by state regulations.

Requirements:

• Licensed Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or student graduating within six months with a DNP.
• Compliance with all relevant state statutory and regulatory requirements.
