Now Hiring: Treatment Coordinator (Part-Time with Full-Time Growth Potential)

Location: Perfect Smiles Beverly | Chicago, IL

Perfect Smiles Beverly is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our long-standing team! For more than 20 years, we've proudly served the Chicago community by providing compassionate, high-quality dental care in a welcoming and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out
Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Verify insurance benefits and submit insurance claims
Discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
Assist patients with intake paperwork and payment options
Process payments and update insurance information
Help maintain an organized, professional front office environment
Support schedule management and patient retention efforts
Coordinate communication between patients and the clinical team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous dental office experience
Experience with treatment planning and insurance verification
Proficiency with dental practice management software
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset

Schedule

Flexible schedule
Part-time position, approximately 2-3 days per week
Current office needs may include Thursday through Saturday, though days are subject to change
Opportunity to grow into a full-time position with full benefits for the right candidate
