Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment and crisis intervention plans tailored to meet each client's needs, taking into consideration their history and presenting issues.

• Provide timely and accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with clinical teams to ensure comprehensive evaluations and appropriate treatment pathways.

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective behavioral support plans that foster positive patient outcomes.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies, community organizations, and other relevant service systems to streamline access to necessary resources for clients.

• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to align with licensing and accreditation standards, actively contributing to agency-wide evaluations and enhancements.

• Foster open communication channels with clients, families, and service providers to build strong therapeutic relationships and support network integration.

• Promote professional development by participating in workshops, conferences, and relevant state meetings related to social work practices and trends.

• Advocate for the agency's mission, values, and principles in all interactions, ensuring that they reflect in your service delivery.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the detox center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals who are undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health issues. These patients require a compassionate approach that addresses their physical, emotional, and psychological needs, as they confront significant challenges in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• A valid and current state license in good standing from the State License Board.
\n
• At least two years of supervised clinical experience in a relevant setting, demonstrating an ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a detox center or similar clinical environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and skills in motivational interviewing and crisis intervention will be advantageous for success in this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
